If your laptop or PC is faulty or damaged, you can either bring it to our Coventry base or send it to us by courier or we can arrange a courier for you. We also offer a pickup service within Coventry, Birmingham, Kenilworth, Leicester, Nuneaton, Royal Leamington Spa, Rugby and Stratford-upon-Avon.
The overall repair time depends on the availability of any required parts however we do aim to have repairs completed within 7-10 working days. If there is any delay then we will keep you informed through each step of the process. Costs can vary depending on the type of repair required and warranty terms and conditions from individual manufacturers. Should you have any questions our customer service team will be happy to help.
For a standard out of warranty individual repair, our costs are as follows:
If your device is still under warranty and the fault found is covered under the warranty, the cost of the repair to you may be much lower (possibly even £0!). Our customer relationship team will let you know if that is the case after the fault diagnosis is complete.
If no fault is found with your machine, or you do not wish to proceed with the repair, a £20 fee is payable to cover the costs of the diagnosis work (excluding courier/transit charges).
We guarantee all work we carry out for 3 months.
